Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Monitor budgets, performance, leads, and conversions
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
- Support brand visibility and lead-generation initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing / paid media

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and online advertising
- Understanding of performance metrics and optimization
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
