Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduate or MBA preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Smart personality with a professional attitude
- Basic understanding of real estate projects and property sales
- Good knowledge of Pune locations and micro-markets
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Basic understanding of CRM software and lead management
- Robust lead follow-up and client-handling skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into site visits
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Positive attitude, discipline, and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up on incoming leads
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct site visits
- Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-ups in CRM
- Build relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
