We are looking for customer-focused and target-driven Interior Sales Professionals to join a leading real estate and residential interiors group.

The role involves engaging with customers who have purchased premium residential properties, understanding their interior requirements, presenting customised design solutions and converting prospects into confirmed interior bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify and engage potential customers through regular follow-ups, presentations and meetings to drive interior sales.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with residential property buyers to understand their interior requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Interior Sales: Present premium customised interior solutions, design concepts, finishes, materials, product options and pricing.
- Client Relationship Management:



Build strong relationships with prospective customers and guide them throughout the sales and decision-making journey.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the internal design team to develop and present customised interior solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of interior products, materials, finishes, pricing and commercial terms.
- Sales Closure: Drive conversions, negotiate effectively and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Post-Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination with the design team after booking and throughout the subsequent design process.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in residential interior sales, premium furniture sales, modular kitchens, home interiors or design-led sales.
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling premium residential customers and high-value sales.
- Ability to manage leads, conduct customer meetings, follow up consistently and close business.
- Target-oriented professionals with strong customer relationship management skills.
