Position: Payment Test Lead

Duration: 12 + Months contract with the possibility of an extension

Job Location: Remote - India

Experience & Skills

· 10+ years of experience in Banking and Payments Technology.

· Proven experience leading testing for large-scale Payments or Core Banking transformation programs.

· Strong understanding of payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory payment schemes.

· Experience with Oracle Banking Payments (OBP), Core Banking platforms, APIs, MQ, Middleware, and enterprise integrations.

· Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, Instant Payments, Direct Debit, and Clearing systems.

· Strong stakeholder management and vendor governance experience.

· Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
