Job Description

- Develop interior design concepts for real estate projects.
- Plan layouts, finishes, furniture and material selections.
- Create design briefs, drawings and presentation material.
- Review designs to match project needs and approved plans.
- Work with architects, consultants and project teams on design details.
- Visit project sites to check that interior work follows approved designs.
- Resolve design issues during execution to keep work moving.
- Maintain transparent design records, specifications and approvals.

The Successful Applicant





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience handling interior design work for projects.
- Knowledge of space planning, layouts and interior finishes.
- Ability to prepare and review drawings and design specifications.
- Confidence working with architects, consultants and site teams.
- Practical understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
- Ability to review design details and solve on-site issues.
