Job Description

HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and people solutions.

Support workforce planning, organisational development, and change management initiatives.

Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and talent

development.

Drive employee engagement and support a positive work culture.Compensation & Benefits Oversight

Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including annual salary reviews, promotions, bonus

programs, and market bench marking.

Ensure internal equity and alignment with company compensation philosophy.

Provide guidance on salary structures, grading, and reward frameworks.HR Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Manage HR audits, statutory compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.HR Operations





Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.

Monitor payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Support employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.Organizational Effectiveness

Maintain organizational structures, position management, and reporting relationships.

Support organizational redesign and workforce optimization initiatives.

Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and management insights for decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

12 to 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and HR Operations.

Prior experience managing compensation, compliance, and employee life cycle processes.

Experience leading a small HR team
