- Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Conduct frequent head-to-toe assessments, track vital signs, and interpret complex data from cardiac monitors and lab values.
- Life Support & Equipment Management: Operate and manage mechanical ventilators, dialysis machines, and invasive monitoring lines.
- Medication Administration: Administer high-risk medications, manage intravenous (IV) infusions, and titrate critical drips.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly during life-threatening medical crises, cardiac arrests, or sudden system failures.
- Team-oriented Care: Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to adjust patient care plans.
- Family Support: Provide crisis communication, educational updates, and emotional support to the families of critically ill patients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic medical records (EMR) and handle transfer or discharge paperwork

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
