About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and career-oriented HR Executive who wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or HR administration is preferred.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and eagerness to learn.
- A strong interest in building a long-term career in HR.
