Job Title: Cutting In-Charge – Home Textiles
Job Description:
- Supervise daily fabric cutting operations as per production plans and approved specifications.
- Ensure accurate fabric spreading, marker placement, cutting, and fabric utilization with minimum wastage.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, production, and stitching teams to ensure timely material supply.
- Monitor cutting quality, fabric defects, shade variations, and measurement accuracy.
- Manage cutting operators, allocate work, and maintain daily production records.
- Ensure proper fabric handling, bundle numbering, size-wise segregation, and cut-panel traceability.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in fabric cutting, preferably in home textiles.
- Knowledge of cutting methods, marker planning, fabric consumption, and wastage control.
- Valuable team management and production coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
