Nethra Foundation Super Speciality Eye Hospital is looking for a customer-oriented Optical Sales Executive to join our team at the Kottakkal branch.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyeglass frames and lenses.
- Explain different types of lenses, frames, and optical products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle optical sales and customer enquiries.
- Maintain product displays and stock records.
- Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience.
- Coordinate with the optical and hospital teams.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is an advantage.
- Interest in sales and customer service.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Previous experience in optical sales or retail sales is preferred.
