· Preferable Diploma /B.Tech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields

· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in steel wire industry

· Experience in production roles in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in steel, wire, or metal industries

· Person should have the capability to be promoted to Section Head within 3 years

Technical Skills:

· Knowledge and understanding of stainless-steel wire drawing process in steel wire industry

· Knowledge of machines of drawing sections for stainless steel wire products

· Familiarity with the properties of different grade of stainless-steel wire and how they affect the drawing process and final product

· Familiar with safety protocols to follow in manufacturing setting (especially risk related to steel wire manufacturing plant)

· Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues quickly, such as machine breakdowns and quality inconsistencies

· Knowledge of how to use ERP & fetch data for production reports creation

· Familiarity with methods for ensuring product quality for drawing section for stainless steel product category





· Understanding of ERP & fetch data for production reports creation for senior management

· Ability to collect, record and maintain data for preparing operational performance reports

· Awareness of housekeeping & 5S at work area

· Awareness of ensuring safety at workplace

Industry Skills:

· Familiar with relevant industry standards for stainless steel wire (ISO 9001, BIS) and customer specifications

Soft Skills:

· Ability to manage manpower at operator & technician level in stainless steel drawing area

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, Head, and other departments (maintenance, quality, and production)

· knowledge of MS Excel to create reports related to production for SS drawing area

· Ability to plan manpower requirement & allocate tasks

· Ability to coordinate with support functions to ensure smooth running of production

· Conflict management and counselling skills

· Ability to logically think, analyze and solve problems

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
