- Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.

- Work instructed and monitor as per the Quality norms.

- Involved in the Project Co-ordination and execution for the Construction of all kind of civil works.

- Plan and schedule the work sequence based on the program schedule and execute accordingly.

- Perform duties assigned by site manager or project manager.

- Labour control and provide technical assistance to sub-contractors in co-ordination with site engineer/project manager.
