Grande Signature, a growing premium kitchen and wardrobe brand, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Head to drive business growth, develop strong industry relationships, and expand our presence in the luxury interiors market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and sales leadership skills, with a strong understanding of premium interior products and the architectural industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers to generate business opportunities.
- Regularly visit architectural and interior design firms to promote Grande Signature products and services.
- Generate quality leads, manage client relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage showroom sales performance and ensure an exceptional premium customer experience.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Strengthen Grande Signature's brand positioning in the premium kitchen and wardrobe segment.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, premium interiors, or building materials.
- Existing contacts with architects and interior designers will be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build professional networks, and close high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about premium design and customer service.
- Willingness to travel regularly for architect meetings, client visits, and business development.
