Key Responsibilities

- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, debug, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure smooth operation of production equipment.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose PLC-related faults and minimize machine downtime through effective corrective and preventive maintenance.
- PLC Systems: Work on PLC platforms such as Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other relevant systems.
- Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and industrial automation systems.
- HMI Integration: Configure and troubleshoot HMI interfaces, alarms, interlocks, and machine operating sequences.
- Automation Support: Identify recurring machine faults and implement permanent corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
- Production Support: Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment breakdowns and ensure production continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain PLC program backups, electrical drawings, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.




- Continuous Improvement: Support automation upgrades, cycle-time improvements, and equipment performance enhancement.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and online troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of Mitsubishi and/or Delta PLCs; experience with Siemens is an advantage.
- Understanding of ladder logic, digital/analog I/O, interlocks, timers, counters, and control logic.
- Knowledge of HMI, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines during production breakdowns.
- Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance and automation systems.

Preferred Experience

- Automotive component manufacturing or SMT production environments.
- Experience handling automated assembly lines, conveyors, machine interfaces, and production equipment.
- Ability to work in a plant setting and support breakdowns as required.
