We are hiring dedicated, hardworking, and disciplined Residential Teachers for our residential coaching institute specializing in entrance exam preparations for Sainik School, Rashtriya Military School (RMS), and Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Open Subjects:
- Science (Class 3 to 9)
- Social Studies / SST (Class 3 to 9)
- Hindi (Class 3 to 9)
Key Responsibilities & Working Hours:
- Academic Instruction: Teaching students from Class 3 to Class 9 tailored strictly to entrance exam patterns (Sainik/RMS/Navodaya).
- Class Schedule:
- Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Session: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Night Session: Evening self-study monitoring and doubt-clearing sessions as required.
- Weekend Schedule: Conducting special revision classes, mock tests, and paper discussions on Sundays.
- Campus & Hostel Discipline:
- Must stay full time in the campus hostel.
- Strict Hostel Discipline: Responsible for strictly maintaining discipline, decorum,
and daily routine among residential students (wake-up schedules, study hours, mess manners, and lights-out).
Compensation, Leaves & Perks:
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 / month (fixed based on subject mastery and demo class).
- Stay & Meals: Free furnished accommodation and hygienic food provided on campus.
- Leaves: 16 Casual Leaves (CL) per year.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject (Science / SST / Hindi).
- Prior teaching experience in schools or residential entrance exam coaching preferred.
- Strong classroom control, command over content, and strict personal discipline.
- Comfortable with a residential, full-day schedule.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
