SAP HCM Negative Time Management

Key Responsibilities

Time Management:

- Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM.
- Should have 6+ years of experience in Positive and negative time management.
- Expertise knowledge in Creation and maintenance of PCRs and schemas to cater business and legal requirements.
- Knowledge in Cross application timesheets (CATS)
- Design and implementation experience in integrating SAP HCM with Third party systems.
- Hands on experience in Absence/Attendance configuration, overtime and holiday pay configurations.
- Knowledge in Leave workflow related configurations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in configuring ESS applications like Leave request application, Available time off, Enter time etc.
- Understanding of processes around Media Industry and the Time management tools within the Industry.




- Should have positive understanding and configuration experience in of SAP US/UK Payroll as well.
