Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and professional Customer Relationship Executive with strong calling, customer support, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
- Explain product features, usage, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Resolve customer concerns and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Manage orders from confirmation to delivery, including address collection and verification.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate delivery follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.
- Excellent communication, convincing skills, and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Good presence of mind, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
