About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications, intelligent automation solutions, and enterprise-grade software systems. The role involves building high-performance services, integrating multiple platforms, and delivering reliable technology solutions for business-critical use cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable backend applications and services using Python.

2. Build APIs, integration frameworks, and workflow automation solutions.

3. Develop systems capable of processing structured and unstructured business data.

4. Create reusable libraries, components, and engineering accelerators.

5. Own the delivery of critical modules and technical components.

6. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

7. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

8. Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

10. Mentor junior engineers and support engineering best practices.

Required Experience

- 2-6 years of software engineering experience.

- Solid expertise in Python.

- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL and database design.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized deployments.

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation systems.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to search systems, recommendation systems, automation platforms, or data-driven applications.

- Experience handling large-scale business data and document-based workflows.
