Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain electrical systems, lighting, DB panels, and power supply.
- Attend plumbing issues, water leakage, drainage, and sanitary repairs.
- Maintain HVAC systems, AC units, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Handle civil maintenance, painting, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Maintain DG sets, pumps, motors, and other utility equipment.
- Attend maintenance complaints from hospital departments or hotel guests.
- Maintain maintenance checklists, logbooks, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair work.
- Follow fire safety, electrical safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
