Associate Centre Manager – Cult.fit

Location: Multiple locations across Bengaluru, Karnataka
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA + Uncapped Performance Incentives

About the Role

Cult.fit is looking for energetic, customer-focused Associate Centre Managers to drive membership sales, manage daily centre operations and deliver an excellent fitness experience for members.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive membership sales, renewals, upselling and monthly revenue targets.
- Convert walk-ins and trial enquiries into memberships through effective consultations.
- Manage daily centre operations, class schedules and trainer coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, inventory and overall centre standards.
- Handle member queries, feedback and escalations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate membership documentation and operational records.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.
- Completed graduation or diploma is mandatory. Candidates currently pursuing a qualification are not eligible.
- Age: 23–35 years.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Comfortable with sales targets and performance-driven responsibilities.
- Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.




- Must be comfortable with morning, evening and split shifts.
- Residence must be within 10 km of the assigned centre.

Work Schedule

Straight shifts (most days):

- Morning: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Split shifts (as per business requirements):

- Morning: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

One weekly off, aligned with centre requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹3.45 LPA.
- Uncapped performance-based incentives, typically ₹15,000–₹30,000 or more depending on performance.
