We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic CA students eligible for articleship who are keen to gain practical experience in auditing, taxation and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Audit: Assist in financial statement audits, verification of books of accounts and preparation of audit working papers.
- Internal Audit: Participate in process audits, internal control reviews and preparation of audit reports.
- Bank Audits: Gain exposure to concurrent audits and other banking-related audit assignments.
- Direct Taxation: Assist in income tax returns, tax computations and tax audit assignments, including Form 3CD.
- GST: Work on GST returns, input tax credit reconciliations and other GST compliance assignments.
- International Taxation:
Gain exposure to transfer pricing, international tax compliance and cross-border transactions.
- Accounting and Reporting: Assist in ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients for information, supporting documents and audit requirements.
Eligibility and Skills
- Students pursuing CA and eligible for articleship under ICAI guidelines.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing and taxation.
- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work on diverse professional assignments.
