ROLE PURPOSE
The TGT Mathematics educator at Ramagya School (Noida Extension) is responsible for delivering structured, CBSE-aligned mathematics instruction to secondary students while ensuring measurable academic progress, rigorous assessment practices, and comprehensive student development. The role requires designing and executing evidence-based lessons, administering formative and summative assessments, maintaining detailed performance records, implementing targeted intervention strategies, and fostering a disciplined learning environment that supports both academic excellence and co-curricular engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. Design and deliver structured mathematics lessons aligned to CBSE curriculum standards with documented learning objectives and demonstrated conceptual clarity
2. Administer formative and summative assessments using wide-ranging assessment tools and maintain systematic records of student performance with quantifiable progress tracking
3. Identify individual student learning gaps through diagnostic assessments and implement targeted intervention strategies with documented evidence of progress
4. Maintain organized, accessible records of student performance, attendance, developmental feedback, and assessment data using school ERP/HRMS systems
5. Execute classroom management protocols that result in measurable improvements in student focus, on-task behavior, and reduction in disciplinary incidents
6. Communicate structurally with parents through data-driven progress reports, documented feedback sessions, and evidence-based parent engagement mechanisms
7. Integrate teaching aids, digital resources, and technology-enabled instruction to enhance conceptual clarity and student engagement
8. Contribute actively to institutional co-curricular programs including mathematics clubs, inter-school competitions, workshops, and special projects
9. Maintain proficiency in school ERP/HRMS ecosystem for attendance marking, assessment data entry,



report generation, and administrative compliance
10. Participate in ongoing professional development programs and curriculum updates to align with evolving pedagogical standards and subject matter expertise
11. Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum implementation, assessment moderation, and institutional academic initiatives

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Percentage of students demonstrating measurable progress in mathematics learning outcomes as evidenced by formative assessments (minimum 80% achievement target)
2. Completion of prescribed CBSE curriculum within stipulated academic calendar with documented lesson plans and coverage records
3. Quality of assessment tools and rubrics with demonstrated alignment to learning objectives and CBSE standards
4. Reduction in classroom disciplinary incidents with documented evidence of improved student focus and on-task behavior
5. Frequency and quality of parent communication with documented parent satisfaction feedback scores
6. Timely completion of student performance records, attendance reports, and assessment data entry in ERP/HRMS system
7. Active participation and outcomes in co-curricular mathematics programs and inter-school competitions
8. Completion of mandated career development hours aligned with institutional requirements
9. Quality of targeted intervention strategies implemented for identified learning gaps with documented student progress

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE-
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Science (with Mathematics as a major/minor); CTET or UPTET certification.
Preferred: Master's degree in Mathematics; B.Ed from recognized institution; additional certification in digital teaching methodologies or assessment practices
Min Experience: 3-8 yrs

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
