Role Overview

We are looking for 10 + years of experienced Senior QA Lead to coordinate and manage the day-to-day testing activities of the QA team and act as the primary point of contact for the client.

The role requires strong hands-on QA experience, particularly in API testing, exploratory testing, test case reviews, and test automation-related activities. The candidate will work closely to coordinate testing efforts, review test scenarios, guide exploratory testing, and ensure effective communication between the India and US teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on QA experience with SDLC complete knowledge
- Experience coordinating and managing day-to-day testing activities.
- Experience reviewing test cases for coverage and accuracy.
- Skill to define the test cases that are automatable and that are not.
- Good understanding of API testing,



including requests, responses, and behavior validation.
- Understanding of exploratory testing and the ability to guide junior QA members.
- Familiarity with Markdown specification files and Playwright automation workflows.
- Experience investigating issues using Google Cloud logs, browser Network tab, and Console logs.
- Experience with mobile browser testing and Android APK testing.
- Work reporting skills by sending the status updates
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate testing activities between distributed India and US teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with data validation using MongoDB.
- Automation testing using Playwright / Selenium
