What you'll be doing

You will be the architecture owner for Experian's global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces, driving standardization and lifecycle governance across 400+ video conferencing units and our global refresh roadmap. Architect and govern the refresh program, aligned to the $1.2M allocated budget. The program executes prioritization based on site strategy (Grow/Maintain/Retire), technology lifecycle status (including TLMP-driven replacements), and room usage/telemetry. This prioritization focuses investment on high-value rooms. This role will own room standards, VC platforms/devices, monitoring/telemetry, lifecycle/refresh execution architecture, and site readiness planning w/ local facilities teams. You will report to a Senior Director.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

- Own global VC/Rooms architecture and standards,



including room designs, device standardization, configuration baselines, and support models.
- Lead the FY27 lifecycle refresh program, prioritizing investments, budget alignment, and deployment planning across sites.
- Drive EoL device remediation, refresh strategy, and replacement governance to minimize operational risk and user impact.
- Enable proactive operations and room readiness through monitoring, performance telemetry, network/SD-WAN validation, and support optimization.
- Provide strategic leadership across facilities, vendors, and platform evolution, ensuring workplace alignment, technology modernization, and adherence to global standards.
