Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE/HSE) Plan in line with DJB requirements and statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as Factory Act, BOCW Act, IS Codes, and local safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards related to excavation, trenching, confined spaces, pipeline works, lifting operations, and traffic management.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and protected work practices at all project sites.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
