Job Overview

Dupro Consultant is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the IT-related or Manufacturing industry. The candidate must hold a valid NEBOSH certification and possess strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate should be capable of implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, monitoring workplace safety, and maintaining proper HSE documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and industry standards.

- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive measures.

- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses.

- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, safety records, checklists, and documentation.

- Conduct safety training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks for employees.

- Monitor the implementation of safety procedures across workplace operations.





- Identify unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

- Coordinate with management and employees to maintain a protected working environment.

- Maintain proper documentation for safety audits and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HSE Engineer / Safety Engineer / Safety Officer.

- Experience in the IT-related or Manufacturing industry is required.

- Must possess a NEBOSH certification.

- Good knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.

- Strong documentation and report-preparation skills are essential.

- Experience in risk assessment, safety audits, and incident reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in HSE operations in manufacturing or IT-related environments.

- Strong knowledge of safety documentation, compliance, and audit procedures.

- Should be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
