Job Description

• Design and deliver training programs on Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, risk
profiling, and investment products.
• Conduct training sessions for MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and internal sales teams.
• Develop training content, presentations, videos, guides, and quizzes.
• Create onboarding and refresher training programs for new and existing partners.
• Train partners on platform features, processes, products, and customer
conversations.
• Conduct regular product and market update sessions.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and partner
performance.
• Work closely with Product, Research, Sales, Operations, and AMC teams to ensure
accurate training content.
• Organize webinars, workshops, partner meets, and certification programs.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and performance reports.
