Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduation (B.com)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle basic accounting operations using Tally.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
- Assist in GST calculations, returns and related documentation.
- Handle basic TDS calculations, deductions and compliance.
- Maintain and update financial data using MS Excel.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and basic accounting reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate in Commerce or any relevant stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
