The Food & Beverages Executive is responsible for managing daily food service operations in the hospital, ensuring food quality, hygiene, patient satisfaction, and compliance with hospital food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including the hospital kitchen, cafeteria, pantry, and patient food services.

* Ensure timely distribution of meals to patients, staff, and visitors.

* Coordinate with dietitians, doctors, and nursing staff to provide meals according to prescribed patient diets.

* Monitor food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.

* Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food service areas.

* Supervise kitchen staff, pantry staff, and food service employees.





* Monitor food inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.

* Minimize food wastage and control food costs.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and prepared food.

* Handle patient and visitor complaints related to food services.

* Maintain records of food consumption, inventory, wastage, and daily operations.

* Coordinate with the purchase department for food supplies and vendor management.

Qualification and Experience

* Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Catering Technology or any relevant qualification.

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

* Skills: Communication, team management, inventory control, hygiene management, and customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
