Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production planning.
- Align production schedules with customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and rubber compounds for uninterrupted production.
- Optimise manpower, machine capacity, and production resources.
- Control WIP, inventory levels, and production bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process optimisation.
- Monitor planning deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the PPC team and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:



6–9 years in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience in rubber components manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 40000 - 45000 INHAND SALARY
