MIBM Business School is looking for a motivated and responsible Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students regarding academic programmes and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students about courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

* Respond to student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

* Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.

* Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.

* Maintain student enquiry records and admission-related documentation.

* Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams.

* Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

* Minimum education : Plus Two / Higher Secondary.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge





* Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.

* Freshers may apply; prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or student coordination is an advantage.

Salary : Negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's skills, communication abilities , and interview performance.
