WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage HR operations and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly salary processing and payroll management.
- PF, ESI and Professional Tax (PT) compliance.
- Monthly statutory payments, returns and documentation.
- Employee attendance, leave and payroll records.
- Staff accommodation management.
- Employee uniform management, issuance and inventory control.
- Employee relations and general HR administration.
- Coordination with employees and management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI and Karnataka PT.
- Strong administrative and employee management skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
