About Us

Aashray Studios is an architecture, interior design, and construction firm based in Kotdwara, Uttarakhand. We specialize in residential architecture, luxury villas, hospitality projects, interiors, and construction.

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and experienced Senior Architect who can independently manage architectural projects from conceptualization through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentations.
- Lead residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review construction drawings, materials, and on-site execution.
- Guide junior designers and ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Integrate modern design technologies and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Arch degree with valid COA registration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent architectural planning, design, and visualization skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural coordination, and working drawings.
- Good client communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with AI-based design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
