About the Company

DevYash Projects & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction and infrastructure company delivering high-quality civil and infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our Human Resources Department, develop effective HR strategies, manage workforce operations, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and practices across the organization.

Position: HR Head

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate industry. The candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, along with sound knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Human Resources and Administration Department.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment for multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
- Ensure statutory compliance with applicable Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and other employment regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Develop performance management systems, employee appraisal processes, and retention strategies.




- Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, appointment letters, contracts, and other personnel files.
- Handle HR budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with project managers, department heads, consultants, and senior management for HR-related requirements.
- Oversee general administration, office management, and employee welfare activities.
- Implement HR systems, improve processes, and promote a positive and productive work culture.

Eligibility Criteria

- Post Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
- MBA (HR) / MHRM / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Prior experience in the construction, EPC, infrastructure, or real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Payroll Management, Industrial Relations, and statutory HR compliance.
- Experience in managing large workforces, including site staff, engineers, technical teams, and office employees.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, payroll software, and HR management systems.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Expertise in manpower planning and workforce management for multiple project sites.
- Strong understanding of labour compliance and contractor workforce management.
- Experience in handling recruitment for technical, managerial, and project-based positions.
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues.
- Experience in HR policy development, performance management, and organizational restructuring.
- Knowledge of HRMS implementation and process automation will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
