Experience:
2–4 Years Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, invoicing, reconciliations and statutory documentation. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, good numerical skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, bills and payment records.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Maintain expense records, vouchers and supporting financial documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.




• Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
