Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance for LoanDidi™. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, design HR policies, and implement people practices that support a high-growth fintech environment. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR documentation, maintain HRIS data,



and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines. The role includes handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting compensation and benefits administration. The Human Resources Manager will also contribute to building a strong, inclusive culture aligned with LoanDidi’s mission and values. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in fintech, banking, or financial services HR management is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
