Role Description The Presales role at SLN INFRA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Presales professional will support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing tailored proposals, and presenting project features and benefits to prospective buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and project research, coordinating with sales and technical teams to clarify offerings, and responding to client queries with accurate information. The role involves creating presales documentation, assisting in product demonstrations and site visits, and maintaining detailed records of leads and presales activities.



The Presales professional will also collaborate on sales strategies and provide feedback to improve client experience and conversion rates. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and project specifications.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explicit presentations, client interactions, and internal coordination.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to assess client requirements and recommend suitable project solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, professional support throughout the presales process.
• Relevant experience in real estate, sales support, or business development is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation and lead management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
