What You'll Do
• Source and screen candidates for our Sales team, preferably those with Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers. ✅ Who We're Looking For




• BBA/MBA students or candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools is a plus. ? Role Details
