Job Requirements Job Title: Investigation Manager Department/Function: Risk Job Purpose: The role holder has the responsibility of managing comprehensive investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, misconduct and misuse of Bank resources. The role entails conducting sensitive and complex investigations, maintaining appropriate investigation records and evidence, preparing detailed investigation reports, identifying control gaps and recommending corrective measures. The role holder will also ensure that investigation outcomes are appropriately processed under the Bank’s disciplinary framework while ensuring timely and high-quality closure of cases. Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end investigations and deliver high-quality investigative work products within defined timelines.
• Conduct sensitive and complex investigations, including interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Assess allegations relating to fraud, corruption, misconduct, misuse of Bank resources and other irregularities.
• Identify weaknesses and gaps in existing controls and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.




• Support implementation of policies and controls aimed at preventing fraudulent activities and facilitating recovery of losses, where applicable.
• Control, track and analyse allegations, ongoing investigations, findings and investigation outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to chain-of-custody requirements and maintain appropriate case records, evidence, documentation and testimony.
• Prepare comprehensive Investigation Reports covering facts, findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Present, discuss and defend investigation findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
• Support sensitive interviews and other investigative research activities as required.
• Provide statistical analysis and management information relating to ongoing and completed investigations.
• Manage investigation timelines proactively and ensure cases and deliverables are completed to the required quality standards. Educational

Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, including Commerce / Arts / Science / Mathematics / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management or equivalent. Post-Graduation: Post-Graduation in Business Management.
