Role Description The Lead Business Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving business analysis initiatives and supporting decision-makers with data-backed insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and performing detailed analysis to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology, facilitating workshops and meetings to clarify needs, and translating requirements into clear, actionable specifications. The Lead Business Analyst will oversee the creation of process flows, user stories, and functional documentation, support solution design and implementation, and track the impact of changes on performance and efficiency. The individual will also mentor junior analysts,



support project planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of analysis standards and practices. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present complex information clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Relevant experience in leading analysis efforts for cross-functional projects, preferably in consulting, operations, or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., process mapping software, requirement management tools) and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and mentor team members in analysis best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
