Kloch is a premium lifestyle footwear brand built around Fluid Minimalism
- combining distinctive, design-led aesthetics with extremely high quality materials and comfort. We have successfully completed two pilot runs and launched our first drop last month. As we move into the next phase of growth, we're looking to expand our leadership capabilities to help build Kloch into a leading lifestyle footwear brand. The Role: Co-Founder with Investment

What You'll Do
• Bring capital: Invest in strengthening distribution, marketing, inventory and business expansion.
• Own a core function: Take hands-on responsibility for a key area based on your expertise
- Finance, Growth, Sales, Marketing, etc
• Shape the strategy: Work closely with the founder on business strategy, expansion, unit economics and critical decisions.
• Build scalable systems: Establish the financial, operational and organisational processes required to grow beyond a founder-led business.
• Drive growth: Identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and help establish Kloch as a recognised name in premium lifestyle footwear. What We're Looking For
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution, with a strong sense of accountability.




• Long-term orientation, high ownership and a genuine interest in building something from the ground up.
• Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market trends, financial data, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with founder, partners, and investors.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a strong advantage: Finance, Strategy, Product Design, or Marketing.
• Highly driven, hardworking, and self-motivated.
