JOB TITLE : EXECUTIVE
- MERCHANDISING KEY RESPONSIBILITY •Manage daily merchandising activities, including order confirmations and revisions. •Coordinate all stages of sampling to meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines. •Follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, lab dips, and strike-offs for timely approvals. •Track production against critical path timelines and escalate delays. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution. •Maintain order documentation, testing records, and shipment documents to ensure compliance. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE •Bachelor's degree or diploma in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or Textile Engineering preferred. •2–4 years in apparel merchandising with PD background. •Exposure to export merchandising processes preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS •Valuable system knowledge and system savvy approach. •Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM. •Good Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented. •Critical thinking system oriented. •Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across level
