Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Chennai. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic services. Responsibilities include performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling and polishing, and advising patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and collaborating with dental assistants and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow. The Dentist will also participate in patient education, manage follow-up care, and contribute to a positive,



respectful clinic experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic care.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in preventive dentistry, patient education on oral hygiene, and management of common dental conditions.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization protocols, and clinic safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and team members in a clear and respectful manner.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from an accredited institution; valid dental license/registration in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai during full-time clinic hours, with flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.
