Role Description The Owner role at Fresh Nepal is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and service delivery, ensuring that all service offerings align with the company’s mission and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff, setting performance goals, monitoring financial health, and maintaining relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders. The role involves making data-informed decisions, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency. The Owner will also lead local marketing efforts,



represent the brand within the community, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop staff in a fast-paced service environment.
• Business and operations management skills, including budgeting, planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster trust with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in running or managing a business, service center, or operations unit is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with the local market in Pune Division and the broader Nepal-related service ecosystem is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
