Role Description The CyberArk Freelance Trainer will deliver high-quality CyberArk-focused IAM training to learners through virtual sessions in a remote, full-time capacity. Responsibilities include designing and updating course materials, preparing lab environments, and conducting interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on exercises aligned with current CyberArk best practices. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback, and provide guidance to help participants build practical, job-ready skills. Additional tasks include collaborating with the training team to refine curricula,



contributing to training documentation and support materials, and staying current with CyberArk product updates and broader IAM trends. The role requires clear communication, professional engagement with learners from diverse backgrounds, and consistent availability for scheduled training sessions and consultations. Qualifications
• Strong Information Technology foundation, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IAM, and specifically CyberArk implementations or administration.
• Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Experience in Software Development or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, APIs) to illustrate integrations, automation, and real-world CyberArk use cases.
• Proven ability to create and refine training content, including curricula, labs, slides, and practical exercises for technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities in virtual classroom environments.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or mentor in cybersecurity or IAM domains is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk, IAM, cybersecurity certifications) are an advantage.
• Reliable work from home setup, high level of professionalism, and ability to manage time and schedules independently in a full-time freelance role.
