Role Description As a Product Engineer at PInterview, you will work full time in a remote capacity to design, build, and enhance features across our online interview platform. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into scalable solutions, focusing on usability, performance, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining product components, participating in technical design discussions, conducting research and experiments to improve the product, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless user experience. You will contribute to continuous improvement of platform architecture,



documentation, and development practices, while actively incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to refine product functionality. Qualifications
• Robust product engineering skills, including experience in building and maintaining scalable online platforms and applications.
• Proficiency in product design and user experience concepts to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered features.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and making informed product and technical decisions.
• Experience in research and development (R&D;), including experimenting with new technologies and approaches to enhance product capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional remote teams and clearly document technical work.
• Relevant experience with modern web or mobile technologies, cloud services, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in edtech, HR tech, or interview preparation platforms is an advantage, along with familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies.
