Education:
Graduate in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Key Responsibilities
• Procurement & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end purchasing, obtain vendor quotes, prepare POs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Vendor Management: Onboard suppliers, negotiate pricing/credit terms, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Cost Control & Inventory: Identify cost-saving opportunities, track market pricing,



and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.
• Internal Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with operations, finance, and sales teams while maintaining clean procurement MIS reports. Key Qualifications &

Skills:
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, and vendor negotiations.
• Prior experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical Equipment, or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Robust negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.
