Role Description The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing MEP drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, and monitoring site execution for quality and safety. The role involves conducting inspections, resolving technical issues, optimizing building services performance, and supporting project planning, budgeting, and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, requiring close collaboration with project and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess robust knowledge in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP coordination for building projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Building Services design and implementation.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Plumbing systems, including layout, installation, testing, and compliance with local regulations.
• Candidates should possess abilities in reading and interpreting construction drawings, using CAD/BIM tools, and applying relevant building codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field) is preferred; prior experience in real estate or building construction projects is an advantage.
