About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, banking transactions, reconciliation, billing, and finalization of accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
• Record and verify purchase bills, sales bills, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Handle monthly GST return preparation and filing, including reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review journal entries required during balance sheet finalization.
• Manage billing and invoicing activities and ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
• Follow up with corporate customers for timely payment collection.




• Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding accounting and payment-related matters.
• Perform other accounting responsibilities assigned by management. Required Skills & Qualifications

Com or relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience specifically on Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, receivables, and payment follow-up.
• Good knowledge of journal entries and finalization of accounts.
• Good MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Valuable communication and coordination skills.
