Key Responsibilities
• Develop cutting-edge, high-performance cosmetic formulations, primarily across colour cosmetics and complexion products.
• Research and experiment with novel ingredients, formulation technologies, textures, pigments, and delivery systems.
• Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, performance evaluation, and formulation optimisation.
• Benchmark global products and translate consumer insights into superior product formulations.
• Collaborate with raw material suppliers, manufacturers,



and NPD teams to accelerate product development.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and support scale-up from laboratory to commercial production.

Requirements:
• B.
Sc./M.
Sc./B.
Tech in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and R&D.;
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, rheology, pigment dispersion, and formulation stability.
• Experimental mindset, scientific curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
